Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Zaks Web Solutions, including:

  • Website Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • SEO
  • Hosting Support
  • Content Writing
  • Graphic Design
  • E-commerce Setup
  • Any related services

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Online Payments

We do not accept online payments through this website.

All payments are processed only through bank transfer, as mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client chooses to cancel the project:

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and must be paid.

Non-refundable items:

  • Initial consultation and planning
  • Discovery & strategy work
  • Domain, hosting, software licenses purchased on behalf of the client
  • Work that has already been started or completed

3. Non-Refundable Payments

All deposits, advance payments, or milestone payments are non-refundable, as time, resources, and scheduling are reserved.

This includes:

  • Advance payment for project initiation
  • Design mock-ups
  • Development progress
  • SEO & marketing setup work

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delayed decisions from client
  • Lack of content or approvals
  • Expectations not discussed in writing

4. Cancellation by Zaks Web Solutions

We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time if:

  • Client violates Terms & Conditions
  • Communication is not maintained
  • Payments are overdue
  • Client behaves abusively or unprofessionally

In such cases, fees for work completed will be charged.

5. Project Delays

Zaks Web Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client not providing content, access, or approvals
  • Third-party service issues (hosting, domain, Google, etc.)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)

Project timelines may be extended accordingly.

6. Digital Products & Deliverables

Once digital files, source code, or website access is delivered:

✔ No refunds will be issued.
✔ The client becomes responsible for backups and use.

7. Marketing & SEO

SEO and marketing results vary due to competition and algorithm changes.

Therefore:

  • No refunds are provided for SEO, ads, or marketing services.
  • We do not guarantee ranking or sales results.

8. Support & Maintenance

If support or maintenance services are purchased:

  • Fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation ends future support, not past payments.

9. Disputes

In case of dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through:

  1. Discussion
  2. Written communication

If unresolved, it will be handled under the jurisdiction of:
